At Flames Sports, we strive to be a premier travel baseball and softball organization in West Michigan. Aspiring to give our teams the best possible chance to succeed. Which is why we put such an emphasis on maintaining our new, almost 20,000 sqft facility and stocking it with the equipment and training tools to make sure our teams have the best chance of success, both on and off the field. We believe that practice is just as important as games. Reps, both in the cages and in the field, are paramount to developing our young players.
If you're a coach of a travel baseball or softball team and you don't have dedicated time in a local facility of your own, or have to share field space with multiple other teams, contact us about joining Flames. Our commitment to growth, both for our organization, our coaches, and our players, means you'll have the opportunity to train and develop your team the right way.
Our Flames teams are guaranteed 3 hours of dedicated time in the facility - every week. That includes 1.5 hours in the field and 1.5 hours in the batting cages and pitching lanes. During those times, no other teams are on the field or in the cages. This gives our coaches the ability to work closely with their teams without feeling pressured to speed through instructions.
