Training.
Flames partners with 3rd party trainers to offer individual and small group sessions for hitting, pitching, and catching, for both baseball and softball. These individuals have years of experience. Some are former Flames coaches, high school coaches, and have years of playing experience. Please reach out to these individuals if you'd like details and to check on availability.
ABOUT TAYLOR.
Taylor is a 13-year softball athlete with 9 years of travel experience. Having played catcher, middle infield, and outfield, with collegiate offers, Taylor brings a vast amount of experience to Flames. She's been providing private training lessons for the last 2.5 years. Specializing in transforming low-confidence players/catchers into dominant contributors while building speed, power, and explosiveness.

Winter 2026 Sessions for Friction Speed and Agility Training are coming up, starting January 17th. This is an 8 week session. Cost per Participant is $80.00. Covers all costs associated with the 8-week program. We will need a minimum of (15) players to guarantee the pricing and the program run. Individual make up sessions are not available unless session canceled by Friction Grand Rapids or Flames.

Come tour the space, see what’s new, and experience everything Flames has to offer.
