Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy User will receive a full refund of booking fee(s) if cancellation is received prior to 24 hours before booking start time. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours before booking start time, a cancellation fee will be charged to the user. Cancellation fees are as follows: - $100 for entire facility booking - $20 for individual unit (cage/lane/infield are considered "units") User agrees that all booking fees become non-refundable in the event of a No-Show. Cleaning and Damage Policy User agrees to leave the facility in the same condition it was in when booking started. All equipment - nets, balls, screens, machines, mats, bases, tees, etc must be returned to location they were in and in the condition they were in. Baseballs and softballs must be picked out of nets/cages and back in the buckets and on the shelves. If, in Flames sole discretion, the facility/unit is found in unsatisfactory condition after the completion of your booking, an additional $15 cleaning fee will be assessed to your card on file. If damage occurs to the facility or the equipment, user will be charged for replacement or repair of equipment at normal replacement rate, including any parts, labor, or service charges incurred for replacement or repair of said equipment. User will be provided invoice showing cost of equipment, parts, and labor. *Please note: baseball and softball equipment is expensive. Don't put yourself or your team in a position to have repair or replace our equipment. If you arrive for your scheduled booking time and find existing damage or non-working equipment, please notify us right away by text, with photos, to 616.648.2067. If Flames is not notified prior to the start of your booking any damage or non-working equipment, current user will be charged any applicable fees associated with repair/replacement. **Flames Sports reserves the right, at their sole discretion to revoke user privileges and cancel/prohibit future bookings if user is found negligent, disrespectful to the equipment, Flames staff, or facility, or is repeatedly abusing their privileges.
