Organizational Sponsorship

*Please note, if no file is uploaded, our team will do their best to locate and utilize available graphics/logos from social media and/or websites. A proof will be generated and emailed to the above email address. Logo files, flyers, or banners will not placed until proof is approved.

Team/Individual Player Sponsorship

*Please note: Teams/coaches will provide breakdown of how your business and support will be showcased throughout the season. This could include individual team social media pages, team banners, and more!

*10% of team/individual sponsorships/donations are withheld at the org level for processing, administrative, and accounting costs. Capped at $100 per sponsorship.

Acknowledgement and Payment

By checking the above checkbox, and submitting sponsorship materials, the sponsor acknowledges that all logos, artwork, business names, addresses, website URLs, phone numbers, and other information provided are accurate and authorized for use. Flames Baseball & Softball, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall be held harmless and are not responsible for errors, omissions, unauthorized use, trademark or copyright issues, or inaccuracies contained in materials supplied by the sponsor. The sponsor assumes full responsibility for the content and permissions associated with all submitted materials.
