As Flames Baseball & Softball celebrates 25 years of developing athletes and building strong teams, we're looking for passionate coaches and teams to join the Flames family for the upcoming season.

At Flames, we believe coaches should have the tools, resources, and freedom to develop players the right way. That's why we've invested in a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot training facility designed specifically for year-round baseball and softball development.

Dedicated Team Training Time

Unlike many facilities where multiple teams compete for space and attention, Flames coaches and teams receive guaranteed, dedicated weekly training time with no overlap from other teams. This allows coaches to run productive practices without distractions, interruptions, or feeling rushed.

In addition to scheduled team time, drop-in training opportunities are available throughout the year, and third-party trainers are available for advanced player development.

  • 70' x 90' infield training area

  • 3 dedicated pitching lanes

  • 4 batting cages
