In 2026, Flames Sports proudly celebrates 25 years of training athletes, building character, and living out our mission through faith-based sports development. What began in 2001 with a vision to impact young athletes has grown into one of the largest faith-based baseball and softball programs in West Michigan—and the journey has been nothing short of incredible.
Over the past quarter-century, Flames Sports has had the privilege of training and developing hundreds—if not thousands—of athletes. But our impact has always gone far beyond wins and statistics. From the very beginning, Flames has been committed to developing the whole athlete—physically, mentally, and spiritually. We believe the game is a powerful platform to teach discipline, leadership, integrity, and faith that extends far beyond the field.
This coming year marks another major milestone in our story as we step into our new 20,000 square foot training facility. This space represents more than just turf and walls—it represents opportunity. Opportunity to reach more families, to train at a higher level, and to continue pouring into the next generation of athletes with purpose and intention. The facility is a testament to God’s faithfulness, the support of our community, and the countless coaches, families, volunteers, and athletes who have made Flames what it is today.
As we reflect on the last 25 years, we do so with deep gratitude. Gratitude for every athlete who wore a Flames jersey, every coach who invested their time and heart, and every family who trusted us with their children. You are the reason this organization exists.
And while we are incredibly proud of where we’ve been, we are even more excited about what’s ahead. The next chapter of Flames Sports is just beginning—and with faith as our foundation, the future is bright.
Here’s to 25 years of Flames Sports—training athletes the right way. #FireUpFlames 🔥.
